1.      Football and Pool.
I intend to improve at football and pool. I moved to a better football team so I can improve as a footballer and learn from more experienced players. I also joined a Pool team for the first time and started playing competitively.

Action Points:

1. I plan on training and playing with better footballers. (I have achieved a bit of this, still work to do though)
2. I plan on playing competitively and practicing a lot more. (I have been playing regular pool and I have been on a good run winning a lot more games than losing currently which is good form)
3. I plan on assessing myself every little while to see how I am improving. (I have been assessing myself and so far I’m making small steps to improving but good steps)

In April we won the local pool league in our first season this was a good achievement for me and the team.

I also changed football clubs in January 2013 I haven’t improved much but my playing time has and I have enjoyed my football more so I would say I have made a small step going forward.

2.      Good at working in a team.
I intend to improve at working in a team and I want to improve on that by communicating better with other people and being more open and saying what I think is relevant to the topic we are currently working on.

Action Points:

1. I plan on getting involved more within the team. (I have been involved more with the team's and have learnt a lot about the players so far)
2. I plan on socializing with people I don’t know easier. (I have did a good bit of this but still need to socialize more)
3. I plan on bringing more ideas to the group I work with and helping them. (I have been in a good amount of groups this semester and have learnt a lot about the people in them and different topics)

I have worked within a team in my job this year and I have improved in certain areas because of my colleagues helping me and teaching me to do new things

3.      Good at using a Computer.
I intend to improve and complete the Computer course I am currently studying and hope to achieve a good grade. This will overall help me in general IT Skills and further my education.

Action Points:

1. I plan on completing this computer course to my highest possible standard. (I’m getting there)
2. I plan on picking up on new things quickly and learning more. (I am still trying to learn more things quicker so no progress yet)
3. I plan on using a lot more programs and looking at different computer components. (I have used a lot of different programs and components so good progress!)

I have got better at using the computer throughout this year in my course because I have learnt new skills and used different software programs and learnt about them.

1. I am not good at using my initiative.
I intend to improve and listen more in class, concentrate more and most importantly complete my work to a higher standard as I really want to pass this course and get an overall high grade.

Action Points:

1. I plan on try dealing with problems without depending on others. (I have taken a bit of initiative and dealt with minor problems)
2. I plan on completing more tasks on time by myself and to a better standard (I haven’t did too well in this part as I have been late with a few tasks and should have taken more notice)
3. I plan to organize myself a bit more so class work is easier for me. (I can say I’m really organized and I am making good progress)

I have got better at using my initiative as I have got work done without asking the teacher what to do in some tasks this year. I also have done different things in my part time job without asking.

2.      I am not good at concentrating for long, I lose concentration too easily.
I intend to improve and concentrate more in class and pay more attention to the teacher.

Action Points:

1. I plan on concentrating more in class and listening to the teacher more. (I have tried concentrating a bit more but sometimes lose the teacher which isn’t good I need to start listening more if I want to achieve a high grade!)
2. I plan on keeping my concentration and not getting distracted easily. (I have not really been distracted this year and feel a bit more confident and motivated in my work but as I said I need to concentrate more)
3. I plan on not talking to my friends and listening to the teacher more. (this is a bit of both as I have not been talking to friends as much but haven’t been listening to the teacher as much as I should be)

3.      I am a negative person and always say I can’t do things.
I intend to improve and think more positive and am able to say I can do more things that I used to say I couldn’t do.

Action Points:

1. I plan on being more positive in the classroom by thinking more positively. (I have been a bit more positive towards my work as I have been doing good so far)
2. I plan on getting distracted by problems outside the classroom (A lot of people have problems outside the classroom which they sometimes bring into the classroom and get frustrated because of it)
3. I plan on getting a good grade on this course by being more positive. (I hope to pass this course because it is a test for me as I never knew I would get to this level of education)

I have changed this because I have recently passed my theory test. I have won a pool league this year and I thought I wouldn’t be able to do these things.
